Messed up with fusible web

If it's not a large area, you could try re-heating the area with the iron to melt the glue and hope for the best. This has sometimes worked for me, particularly on fabrics that have not been pre-washed. Good luck!

There were some great threads about this in the past. Try searching on the QB. I remember one person had done this to a piece of fabric needed for a wedding dress! She was successfully able to remove the fusible.
As I recall, the overall best method of removing a double-sided fusible was to iron a brown paper bag to it. When warmed up, the fusible will stick to the paper and come off the fabric. You do need to do this quite a few times and always use a fresh area of the bag.
You might want to create a test piece first. I would.
If it's a one-sided fusible (such as interfacing), I would iron and peel off first, then use the paper bag method to remove any remaining fusible on the fabric.
