Yup, par for the course for Staples ... some days I just shake my head and wonder why I bother with them and then avoid them til I am in desperation another time. And then .....

I was a tad frustrated, but since she didn't charge me, I just shook my head and left! My dog will be thrilled to have a play date with her dog ... two bernese mountain dogs in the snow? Is there a happier moment?

Facepalm! Sheesh - most copiers have a "mirror image" button, it's that simple. Are there no Kinko's near you? I find the employees there to be more competent.

If you trace it onto tracing paper all you do after it is traced is turn the tracing paper over and you can see the image in reverse and if the drawn line is to light, retrace it on the side you want. I hopethat helps.
