I called them yesterday, I had to dial several times (6) to get through because the phone was busy. Finally I spoke with someone and gave them my order, next to give the payment info and the line went dead. Grr! I managed to them back right away and so my rulers and one of THEIR quilts is on its way to me.

Only time I had an issue was when they were giving away a fat quarter. Their server had issues with the volume. Love their tutes and c/s. May have them quilt a top for me!
