It would seem to me that Moda would use automatic cutting machines that would cut big stacks of fabric at once; it would be computerized and they should have quality control. If your faulty ones were Moda, you should complain and expect them to make it right for you. I don't think Moda wants their good name tarnished by shoddy cut fabric.

Think of it this way, if you complain to the LQS, or Moda (whoever cut them), they will likely replace them, and you are not only making it right for yourself, but you may be helping other quilters by bringing it to their attention. I am hearing about this problem a lot, and I think if we all take them back and ask for a replacement, surely they will eventually find a solution, and everybody will be better served. If many of the charm packs and other pre cut fabrics are accurate, than surely there is a way to cut them ALL accurately.............but that won't happen until they hear us ALL roar! Granted, the replacements my be just as inaccurate as the first ones, but at least we can make some noise.

I just wanted to update this post and let you know that I contacted Moda and a Rep sent me 2 replacement charm packs. She said that Tweet, Tweet was an older line and they didn't have this in house so she sent me a pack of Fandango and a pack of Martinique. Now that's the way to keep business :)

Glad to hear that. I figured your complaint wouldn't go unanswered. They don't want their good name tarnished.
