Hi Caroline
You may not be able to find what you want in the UK. I know that Fabric Shack offers discounted shipping rates but I don't know the cost of international but they have what you are looking for.

They have it in Canada at http://www.hamelsfabrics.com if you look under Moda's fabrics. I'm not sure what shipping would run though.

I have found Etsy to be best when you need to import fabric from the U.S. Fabric is so much cheaper that even with the £15 shipping cost it costs the same as buying the fat quarter bundle/jelly roll here.
Fat quarter bundle
https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/227906772
Jelly roll (£32 incl shipping)
https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/227906860
Don't forget you may have to pay 20% VAT and Royal Mail handling charge on anything over £15 but most of my stuff comes through without it. If I love the fabric it's worth it.

Caroline - Have you checked out WEBFABRICS? They have a lot of international customers - you could email them ( either [email protected] or [email protected]) to see what shipping would run you for the amount you need.........their website is www.webfabrics.net.......Hope this helps - she has the whole line.....
