Hey .... I needed some sleep!

I'm revived ... now fitting binding in between some meetings today. One meeting done and another to go plus a conference call. I should be able to have them both done by night .... with any stroke of luck.

I really do enjoy the binding ... had a nice relaxing day yesterday doing it (once I got the trimming done! arrghhhhhh!!) and am looking forward to it in between today's meetings. The joys of a home office ... and yes, sometimes the detriments to a home office! :)

Update!!!
The big quilt is done and finished and now resting atop my bed for me to admire! :)

This afternoon the small one will be finished.

And as I stitched along the binding, my mind got awandering to the focus fabric and OBW-land. Pulled out the remainder and sorry, can't do it ...................................... but there are four repeats.

I'd say a 4PP should be on the agenda? wouldn't you?

Ok, We will chase you off. Just remember, binding is the final finish on all our quilts, and if you bind both of them THEY ARE DONE. How good is that going to feel? I love binding

Just dropping by, as a "study break" ...... I know ... and that's why I do love to do the binding. I get anxious to see it all done and tidied up and finished!

Just that there's always so many other things that can get in the way, as did happen with the first quilt back .... something called a OBW course!!! :)

Toodle-loooooo! :)

Oh my gosh, how can we all talk? Here we are. I've been trying to get some work done around the house. I forced myself to clean up my outdoor furn. & side porch so I could give myself permission to head to my sewing mach. Yet here we all are trying to yell at her. LOL LOL

Background!
Eleven days ago my LAQ called that my Double Rose Trellis was ready to pickup.
I traded her for my Stained Glass (smaller than avatar, it's handquilted)
I have NOT anything with the DRT.
Today she called that SG is ready.
I picked it up.

I now have miles of binding to do!

And to think, I had my plan put together for this afternoon, to work on my OBW and make a purse this weekend ... I pledge, I am NOT going to do that.

Priority is to get these two totally finished ... and then maybe squeeze in the purse as I work on my OBW!!!

So, you have my permission to be my conscience and send me to my binding when you see me here! :)
For you, and everyone else who asked, KICK! You're welcome! lol!

Mission Accomplished!!!

Thank you, everyone, for all the support and interest along the way.

Large quilt is bound and on my bed.
Small quilt is bound and on my blanket box.
Sheep Pillow cover is bound and somewhat a lost sheep right now!! :)

And also managed to squeeze in a wee bit of the OBW tonight. Not a bad day along with the meetings and conference call plus even squeezed baking 5 doz. cookies plus a 10"x15" pan of squares!!

And yes, yes, pictures will follow but not til later tmro after I'm back from out of office meetings.

Now I'm off to see what else has been happening!!

Thanks again, everyone!
