I also love that Canterbury line but have resisted so far. I'm hoping it's around for awhile so I can complete some projects before I add another one.

I found this group about a month ago and have found you all to be very inspirational and kind. So to say Thank you, I will share a on-line store that has daily specials, the Missouri Star Quilt Company,missouristarquiltcom.com. I have just made my first purchase, a charm pack for $1.99. There is a great tutorial on how to use a binding tool, which I also ordered. Their shipping is a flat $5.00. Thanks for the warnings about the Connecting Thread and Keepsake catalogs. When they come, I won't let them in the house. Sincerely, Pat

Haven't gotten the catalog yet ... unless DH is hiding it again? LOL

But, I got a gift card to JoAnns for my BD (12/26) and waited til 1/1/11 to go shopping. I got Debbie Mumm Christmas fabric for 70% off, got 4 different sizes of yo-yo templates for half price, got 7 different 1/4 yd cuts of polar fleece solids for $2.99/yd to make flowers for my purses, felt squares for flowers, and 3 McCall's patterns. My total bill? $34.13 My gift card, $35.00! I had to ask the cashier if she was kidding. Then she said, "You saved .... $102 dollars!"

    That's music to my ears!

I love their site, their fabrics are so reasonable, they have great sales, and love their cotton threads.
