I teach a beginner's class for my local adult education program. One time, I had a student bring one of these in to make her quilt. I was very unsure if this would work but kept any negative comments in my mind. Well, at the end of the class, she had one of the most beautiful quilts of all the students! She hand quilted, but her piecing was spot on.
