My new diet
I have recently found a new way to keep from the munchies while on the computer-- English Paper Piecing. While waiting for downloads and sites to come up which can take a while with my slow dial-up service, I baste my hexies to their foundations and when I get enough variety put some of them together. I am very new to his method and any helpful hints would be much appreciated. I'll probably never get enough for a quilt top but can see some table runners or toppers in my future.

Start with a small project so it seems like you get something accomplished with the hexies. I started with making an hexie bathroom curtain for the little window in the bathroom. I almost have it completed. Then I am going to make a lap quilt. I am addicted to hexies.....LOL

TucsonQuilter ... Would love to see your hexie curtain! Care to share a photo? Please?
SMR ... great use of your time while you wait for dial-up. It takes forever!! I was SO thankful when I moved, that I had high-speed. I started with just a small table topper to get the feel for hexie projects and then I got hooked!
