Brother snap on feet fit it. It's self lubricating so don't let it set for a long time without running it. The parts need to move to stay lubricated.
I didn't know this about self lubricating. I have a new Bernetta I won about 4 yrs. ago, but just packed it away. Do you think it's the same for this one?

Wow that is a find. I love my Janome ...it does almost everything. Not as fast as the Juki but easier to thread and and easy to carry to other places. The bobbins are cheaper too and I can use almost any thread on it.

The Jem Gold was the begining of my buying Janome Machines. I nearly wore that Jem Gold out, then I up traded/and up graded to DC2010. Which is now my class machine. I just brought a Horizon7700, which I swear is my LAST BIG purchase in the sewing machine world. I love the 7700, just need to figure out all" the Bells and Whistles" Enjoy your machine.
