I have 1 and love it! It's made by WAHL and I got it at a quilt show about a year ago. It's very heavy duty! I have a long haired cat that sheds like crazy every spring. My hubby is alergic to the flying hair so I have her shaved about twice a year...well this year I decided to see if I could do it myself. I got out the little WAHL and went to town on her! My daughter-in-law had to come over and help hold her and it took 2 different days to finish her but we did it! After the 1st day I went and bought a bigger set of hair clippers and they didn't work nearly as good as the little WAHL so we went back to using it instead. I am going to take the bigger clippers back and buy the WAHL clippers for pets to see if they work any better on her...if not then we'll just keep using the little ones!!!!

I believe that i have owned one for years. i tried it out and behold it works great. It is the same tool I have used grooming my little dog. Sure wish I had thought of this years ago.

I have seen people use the eyebrow razor to do the same thing....they ran about $10 if I remember correctly. What is the cost of the seam razor??

It's like that saying everything old is new again. They just recycle the things and give them a different name and make you think they just invented it!! I have no room for something that size...I'll just use my DH's when he's not looking!

Ok, but did you try the trimmer and how does it work for you??
