I have a black one of these that I use when binding and cross stitching. Bought mine from Amazon too.

Thank you for sharing the neck light idea and photo. You solved my problem of not having enough light to knit while I sit in my favorite chair.

Patrice and others- be sure the very thin plastic on the ends is removed. I didn't realize it was even there until I got an email from the seller, inquiring if I liked it etc. They had instructions for use. Duh! I would have kept them on.
I use mine a lot and really like it.
