    I have heard of molas, but have not ever seen one before. It is so intricate and just beautiful! Nice find!

    The technique looks like mola's, but the style isn't.
    Molas are made by the Kuna Yalas - an indigenous tribe in the eastern part of Panama.
    But whatever it is, it is a GREAT find! I am envious!

    I was on a cruise and stopped off in Belize I bought a similar style of quilting in the form of a hand bag. There
    was all kinds of work in this method. Great work that they do lucky find.

    That is beautiful. When I die and my children give all of my "stuff" to Good Will, I hope someone thinks they got a good bargain as well.
