I, too, am interested in knowing what fabric stores you visited.

Good on you for being such a good guy!

Just wanted to let you know that you are a wonderful hubby to take your wife out and treat her so special, I am sure that meant more to her than flowers and candy. I know it use to for me when my hubby use to do things like that for me as well, but now he isn't able to get out anymore to do that, so I just have my good memories of times past. We are just taking it one day at a time now and spending all our time together. Just wanted to say that there are still wonderful hubbies out there.

Gee, tell your wife we're all green with envy over her choice of husbands....  even though we haven't been married for very many years, my hubby always has an excuse why he "forgot" whatever day it is that I might expect a little something from him....so now I don't expect anything which is what I get. But now I also "forget" gifts for him....

I live near where you shopped. I got the fabric shops down, but if you could share the smoked pork shop and the thrift shops that would be amazing!! Nice trip!!
