    Default Any hand quilters.....
    Any hand quilters on this board from the Charlotte NC area? I live in Gaston County and would love to get some good advice and help from other hand quilters.

    use the search on this site for handquilting tutorial -- one of our posters, a real pro from Germany, has a posting called My Way of Handquilting, pictures of the way she does it -- I can only dream!! -- other postings may be useful too

    My idea also is to get together with other hand quilters in the area. Maybe once a month?

    Me too. It seems that most quilters in guilds are machine quilters.
