    I am not sure of the name but it is beautiful. Just saw the post about the Mariner's star and that was the first thought that came into my head.

    Looks like a Judy Neimeyer (spelling) she has patterns that look like that

    It is definately paper pieced and reminds me of Judy in the outer areas as others have said.
