what would I put on tag? my name ? name of recipiant of silent auction/benefit? date of benefit?

this is a out of box experiance for me & would like to do right thing

This question comes up occasionally, and as you can see by the posts below, there are different ideas on what to put on the label. I would put the name of the organization, and probably would not put my personal information on the quilt, not knowing where it will end up. However it's really up to you! Care instructions are always helpful.
