    I've made a quilt with one, but can't figure out how you would make a skirt with one (perhaps I'm mathematically challenged). You've given me something to think about.

    a lot of square dancers use these to make the skirts with and are quite the thing. they are done in a circle with the in. on weist the smallest

    you have to log in but there is a free option available.

    They may be able to help you since they have more members who sew clothing.
