Default Need 'Free Yellow Brick Road Pattern'

Does anyone have a FREE Yellow Brick Road pattern? I really want to try making one, but would like a FREE pattern. I've tried on Google without success. Anyone know where I can find one?? Thanks.

It's not a free pattern. I would just trade you mine for a fat quarter or something but it's packed in a box and who knows how long it'll be before I see it again. I hate moving.

It is indeed a pattern for sale. However there are some free patterns that are very similar. Here's one - http://www.favoritefabric.com/cgi/co...on&key=PATWPEF

yellow brick road is a commercial pattern--you could contact the designer & ask if she will give it to you free-but for one of us to share it with you would be a huge copyright infraction...commercial patterns made to be sold are generally not available free...the designer would not make any money. you could look at pictures of ybr quilts, then get a pad of graph paper & draw up your own- figuring out the size you want yours to be...figuring out on paper how large to cut each piece of a fat quarter----start with drawing a fat quarter- then segment it into pieces that look like the ones in the quilt....same way with turning 20 quilts.

Scissor Queen is NOT alone, I am in the middle of a move too !! Can't seem to find anything but the toilet paper !! Yellow Brick Road is NOT a free pattern but as suggested, there may be other similar patterns that you may find that will work for your project as members have mention above.

LOL, I'm pretty much down to the bare minimum now too. I even know which box that pattern is in. But it's a huge box and the pattern boxes are on the bottom. The box is at the bottom of a big stack of boxes right now. The sad part is, I know I'm never going to make that quilt and would be more than happy to just pass the pattern on.
