    I think a black border and one of the brights (or a combination of them) for binding.

    Stripes of the primary colours cut on the bias? I have not been quilting long, but i have seen that on a similar quilt, and it rocked.

    For binding I sometime will cut the strips cross grain of the fabric (42" and then cut in half and sew diagonally and then bind. Makes a nice looking multi color border.

    or the print fabric would make a good binding as well.

    I think a border would be nice. Pick whichever color you have the most of and use that as the border. It's a cute quilt.
