Default Need help finding my EQ7 tape measure

Can anyone help me find my tape measure in EQ7??

I'm creating a custom layout and need to be sure my independent blocks are the square.

There is no icon for adding it to my toolbar.
It does not appear with either a right or left click (and dragging).
I don't know where else to look. Your help is appreciated.

When I go in to custom set, I see the tape measure (looks like a ruler) in the list of tools. It's the 3rd one down the way mine is set up (right after Select and Adjust). If I right click on any of the buttons for tools, I get a pop-up that allows me to add/remove buttons.

By 'list of tools' do you mean the tool bar? I've seen the tape measure icon in my research (so I now know what it looks like). But it is not on my tool bar nor in the list when I try to add an icon to the tool bar.

AH! The tools are on the RIGHT! I kept looking to the top and the left. Duh. thanks for your help. I found it and I'm so happy I learned something new today. There is hope for me yet!

My tools are all listed in buttons on the far right of the screen. The tape measure is right above the "Set Block" tool. You have to be in quilt view to see them.
