it shows the pattern is in Summer 2013 issue of Quiltermaker's Classics and has a link to 'buy this issue now'. unfortunately, the link is not valid.

I don't have a program to draw patterns, but I bet someone could if they enlarge the first elephant quilt you posted. That one is super cute! I like the second one too but that I'm guessing is appliqué.
