Need help "re-finding" a batik leaves quilt pic
Hi! I was searching just yesterday for ideas for a quilted throw using batik for a leaf design. I came across a beautiful one, but now I can't find it again! It was made by a gentleman. He had appliqued different leaf
shapes in a falling-leaf design. All the leaves were from different fall-colored batiks. Has anybody seen this or know where it's located???

There is one I found that has maple leaves, but I don't think they were batiks. It was posted by Fred Singer (Pegg).

Could you be referring to member Eddie Landreth's quilt, "Fall Leaves" (http://arkansasmanquilter.blogspot.c...is-done.html)? That stunning quilt is on my "to do" list. Sadly, there's no pattern.

I think I saw what you are talking about. Yes, it was batiks and leaf shapes, with each one in its own colorful box. What I did for my leaf quilt was pick actual autumn leaves, scan them, then resize them to fit my purpose. In the actual cutting, I simplified the leaf margins.
