I am being encouraged to market the pattern for my pink ribbon quilt which I have titled Awareness. I am clueless about how to even approach this whole concept. Is there a site or other place I could find info on the steps I need to take to do this? I would want part of the proceeds to go to cancer research as that is the point of the whole thing.
I know that a good many of you design and market your patterns so I am hoping for some help along the way from those who have trod this path before me.
    Hugsssss, smilessss and happy quilting!!

Great book by Nancy Restuccia called Publish Your Patterns!, ISBN 0-9714501-3-7
published by Make It Easy Sewing & Crafts, Carmel, CA
Covers everything from idea to promotion and includes legal issues and references.

Oh, Wildyard, it is so pretty! And wonderful you want part of the proceeds to go to Cancer Research.

We will have to check out that book that GhostRider suggested. Hopefully it will have what you need.

    Great quilt!

I just put a request in here too! The reviews on Amazon make it sound good. And the sneek peek was great. I can't wait to get the book.
