Sounds like great fabrics to use in baby quilts as well

That should do it. I promise, if I can do it, you surely can. I would like to see your squares. I don't have any suggestions at the moment, but I could have, ya never know.

    Default picture of light batiks

Hope this works. Thanks for the help. This should be a picture of the light batiks in question. Very pretty, but I must have a brain freeze because I can't think of how I want to use them.

Ohhhh Pretty I would agree with the others and pair them up with a darker batik and do a two fabric block out of them and make a scrappy batik quilt

I am not sure if you have batiks in your stash, but I would pair each pale batik with its matching dark sibling and make a two fabric block like Magic Squares...so pale purple with dark purple, pale blue with navy blue etc.

I like them! If you're at all into that faded country chic look, these would be lovely just as is. Maybe even a simple strip quilt would look lovely.

How about paring all the "like" colors together and making a quilt that fades one color into another?
This could be something like using a jelly roll OR a star pattern.

We did a simple 4 patch with some light batiks like this and then made them into a strip alternated with a deeper richer verrsion of a color that is in the blocks. Then made an interesting border
