Default Need ideas for charm packs

I'm done searching on-line for patterns using charms. Have 6 packs of primary colors. No prints so all are solids. Background color will be gray. So what is your fav pattern using charms? This pattern w/b for teenage boy. I am brain dead from searching WAY too long on line.

I don't have a specific pattern in mind, sorry. But, I'd go for a modern, 21st century pattern. He'll have it for a long time and what guy wants a "granny quilt?" Something crisp and modern! You may get some ideas at the Modern Quilt Guild: https://www.themodernquiltguild.com/

Postcard from Sweden comes to mind.
It's a free pattern. You will find the link to the pattern further down.

Also, check out Robert Kaufman's website. They have quite a few
patterns for solids.

I think I may have solved my problem. Tropit I like your idea not to make him a granny quilt even tho I his granny. I looked at MSQC tute on her web site for her zipper quilt. ! Done! Looks like a really fast easy quilt. Bye...off to the sewing room.

I made my 3d pinwheels out of charm squares.

MSQC has a nice quilt called "falling charms" quilt. I used it to make a Valentine's Day Quilt. There is a tutorial at the Missouri Star website.

I see you have already found a pattern, but for the future, this one looks quick and easy, and is free.
