    I am late with this post, but I would do the rail fence. an easy peasy lock to do and goes together quickly too.

    I'm also probably a little too late to respond, but I have been looking back over the Block of the Month list, and there are some really easy blocks mixed in with some that are a little more challenging. It might be a good place to take a look for something quick and easy.

    Thank you for all your suggestions. I actually started something different. lol But, I am going to start one of these too. I like to start more than one at all times. lol Don't want to get bored with one I guess.
