I like the green and yellow since she doesn't want too bright.

The last one is the best if she doesn't want bright. It looks elegant.

Love the green/yellow with the butterflies, all of the fish & space ones. Could you use a medium yellow cast tan instead of the pink? Understand she doesn't want darks or brights so a brown picked up from the butterflies won't work but I see some lighter shades also. Would that work?

On the butterfly fabric, if the colors on the screen are true, then I'd use a gold on the border close to the color of one of the butterflies, and a fern green piping to tie it all together. Usually you can't go wrong by pulling colors out of the actual fabric.

Love your pillowcases. I like the first and last pillowcases with butterfiles, but not sure about the second one with pink and yellow. Love the earlier suggestion of green with light blue. I
d definitely stay with the colors within the pillowcase and use a shade lighter and/or a shade darker.
Your customers will love them no matter what. Looks like you are having fun with these.

How about green and burgundy, since she don't want brights?

Lovely. The brighter ones are more vivid. The pink and yellow take away from the main fabric.

I think the green with yellow trim works great. It does tone down the rest of it and looks classy too. I'm not fond of the pink-yellow combo. I love your bright pretty cases.

I like them all, but she might like the last one best. Another idea is with the first one - reverse the red and blue. That way the bright is the trim and the blue the larger border. Even though the trim is small it helps pop the rest of it. Just a thought.

Love them all except for the pale yellow. Just doesn't seem to go.
