I am trying to find a scotty dog block pattern for charm squares. I have a ton of 5" batik charms and a friend named Scotty who has a Scotty dog name Mitch! Clear as mud? If anyone can help with this you all can!! Thanks in advance!!

I know this isn't what you're looking for, but it is cute. Maybe worth keeping in mind, just for fun: http://www.dsquilts.com/fabric_and_p...asp?PageID=187

do an image search. there are a few vintage scotty dog patterns - pieced or applique. there are patterns of recent vintage. a image search on any search site is how i find blocks & a whole lot of fun stuff.

Here is a bunch of them. Get one that will fit 4.5" because of the seam allowance. I took a Scottie applique and used white fringe fabric for my Westie quilt. I think this fit a 6" square.

This one has been on my bucket list for a while. There's no pattern mentioned, but there's a close up of the block:

Thanks so much everyone! I am going to use the QuitersCache pattern...even though it is labor intensive for me! Its seems to be the only pieced Scotty Dog block I can find!
