For that amount of money, you deserve to be satisifed. Unhappy customers are not good for business.

You should talk to her. If people don't tell her when what she does upsets them she will just continue to do poor work. If she were new or cheap it might be different. However she charges plenty and for that price you should not have wrinkles in the back plus her side measurements should be equal. As far as she should have quilted in the sashing around each block-that depends on what you asked her to do. Obviously you were pleased with part of what she did. Make sure you open any conversation with her with the positives, before bringing up the negatives. Good luck with whatever you decide to do.
