    I like the darker inner border. Helps frame the center nicely.

    Yes is very nice , i like the dark strip--black is fine -but do you have any dark color left from your Quilt- :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup:

    You helped me make a decision!!!!! I am in the process of making an Amish quilt. I had thought of a black inner border and a wider outer border. And I have decided to make a 2" black inner border and a 3" outer border. I think that the black border adds a richness to it, don't you think? Edie

    I like an inner border but don't really care for the black. Try another dark color.
