Default Needle threader won’t stay in position

I have a Husqvarna Quilter 875. The auto threader stays down and interferes with sewing. I am not sure if a screw fell out or what. Anybody had this problem? I taped the threader in the up position. TU

I believe there is a spring that does the up and down on the threaders. It could have come loose from the top or bottom or broke.

I have the Sapphire 870Q and have never had a problem, although I don't use the cutter much. I wonder if a spring fell out? I tipped mine up, but can't really see the workings, sorry.
