Yes, I am an employee of The Woodlands/Conroe, TX store, and I am proud of my store and staff. Wish you all could come shop with us and see what a JoAnn's store should be. Thanks for reading. Happy Quilting!

Well, actually, the one in Easton has them and you used to be able to get a key from an employee and use them, but now they say the state forbids that. Don't know about the one in Dover. Any Dover, DE ladies out there? I have a problem with that. Every other fabric store or LQS I have been to (as well as grocery store and department store) have restroom facilities.
I think it's because they store merchandise in the bathrooms and it's connected to that.

Glad to hear this. They closed up the only JoAnn that was close to me and it was 65 miles. I would drive that far, but I wouldn't drive much more than that.

It's amazing how store managers don't realize that it's their employees that make or break a store. You really have to have good customer service and pleasant personality in order to keep your customers happy and wanting to return.
