If walls could talk there would be some funny stories of what we do quilting 'just because we can'. I can see myself living the story you told us. Like quick sand, once your in there seems to be only one way out.

My first quilt was a railfence and I didn't understand how important the 1/4 inch seam allowance was....O MY WORD! What a mess! However I was very happy and proud of it! And so was my husband. But now a days it belongs to the dog when we go camping, he loves it. I still have a hard time being accurate when I piece but I am much better!
