Great idea! Is it sad how many of us have these and DON'T use them for exercising?

I would never be able to use these unless they were connected to my hands. I make large loops and circles and cover a lot of ground with each go around. I would be sewing through the elastic bands on every turn LOL !

I finally found my foot control permanently! I put a pillow unto the floor behind it against the wall, and the control doesn't go anywhere. If my machine were in the middle of the room, maybe the pillow would slip, too, but I think it would hold better than nothing.

LOVE THIS THREAD! Maybe sew a section of it into a short tube shape so you can slip your fingers or hands in and out easily? I can't wait to try this. I'd be more tempted to leave the bands long, and take a stretch break every so often to keep from getting stiff.
