I am looking for an owners manual for a 106 New Home sewing machine. I have checked the net but I keep going in circles, or I am told if I enter this site it puts my system in danger. Any one have an extra ? Or can I get a copy ? Thanks

Go to the Janome website since New Home is now Janome and you can ask them. If not I know there is a person on ebay that sells copies of the manuals for New Home and Janome. I purchased one because my GD machine was a floor model and didn't come with one.

Did you find a manual? and Where?
I just picked up a New Home Model 670 for $7.50 at a thrift store...it has all the cams, runs pretty well (I tested it), also the accessory box has many preser feet, etc, etc. What a deal!
    But no manual.
Was wondering where you got one.
    Thanks!

Finally got hold of Janome they sent me one e-mail. Just printed it off, sliped pages into clear protecter and into one of those plastic folders you use for reports in school. Sounds like you got a good buy with all the extras. I just got the machine and foot pedal. Someone at Habitate for Humanity oiled it real well LOL after dripping for 3 days I took it into the shop, poor baby was getting gummie. They cleaned it for 2 days THEY USED VEG. OIL IN IT! She runs like a top now.

Did you email them or call them? and where did you get the contact info? from the regular Janome site?
Thanks and that's a funny story about the oil!

I had an email within minutes of sending my message. They asked me to confirm the exact model and then within another couple of minutes, they had emailed me the Instruction Manual for download! I was impressed!
We are visiting my MIL in another state and will be home Monday, when I will download and print the manual.
Kudos to Janome for excellent customer service and thanks to YOU Gramie bj for your help!
