    It could have been fixed but would have cost half as much as my new machine to fix. So I opted to get something new to me. I paid $600 for the Memory Craft 6500. I thought it was a good deal! It has a knee thing for lifting the pressure foot and a thread cutter... :D And it has it's own bobbin winding motor. Little things make me happy. 8-)

    But the best part of my new machine is... It's accent colors are PURPLE :mrgreen:
