New from Michigan
#184
Just did a mini Michigan shop hop with 5 board members and 3 guests (soon to be board members). It was a lot of fun. We did quilt shops in Imlay City and Marlette.
Before that we did a hop in the Brighton/Howell area. And before that we did a hop up in the Clare/Farwell area.
If anyone is interested in planning another Michigan one, let us know. Would love to go again. Maybe in May? Anyone have an area in mind?

There's 2 quilt shops in Wyandotte, 1 in Trenton, 1 in Wayne. Also a great shop in Tecumseh and 1 in Saline.
The Tecumseh store is my favorite, though. That's such a cute little town, you can do the quilt shop and some other shopping and have lunch at either the Daily Grind (a little coffee shop) or Evans Street Station (a higher end restaurant in the old fire station).

Each hop I've been to have been different folks. Made a lot of new friends. And I love the show and tell.

[There's also the British Tea House in Tecumseh, right across from the quilt shop on the main street. They have a nice lunch menu and I bet they would love to host a quilt group.
I'll have to try the British Tea House-never been there
