Just picked up my new Sapphire 850. Too bad it doesn't fit in the sewing cabinet. So I guess I need a new one. (Hint, Hint, DH. Birthday is coming up soon!!) I am so going to love the down needle tap on the foot feed. Now I need to learn what else it does.

I've had one for over a year and dearly love it. Have quilted about 8 quilts on it. Still haven't tried all the bells and whistles! Enjoy!

Congrats on your new purchase. Maybe you can trim away some of your existing desk opening to make it fit? That's what I did with mine, just make sure you don't do anything that would interfere with a drawer or something.

You have the embroidery machine. I have the 830 but wish Id gotten the embroidery, it was just too expensive at the time.
I didnt know they were still making those models mine is several years old now.
My favorite thing is the needle down with the slight foot lift feature. I use it all the time.
