    Default Whats up with Joann

I got a $50.00 gift card from Joann for Christmas and decided I really wanted a Sizzix, it is 69.99, I thought about it for a while then went back to order the Big Shot and as I was looking at it the price changed in front of my eyes to 59.99, I left the room to ask my husband if it was ok to spend a little extra ( we dont have much money) he said go ahead, I came back to the computer and the price went back to 69.99, for the big kick and big shot, it keeps changing prices in front of me, I added it to the cart when it went back to 59.99 and shows in the cart for 69.99, kind of irritated with Joann. Anyone else had this problem? It is wierd.

I'd call their customer service and ask some questions.

Definitely ask customer service. I've never had any bad experiences with them. I order from them often. Did you add the coupon? Maybe it could be the problem? Hope it gets taken care of quickly for you.

yes that happened to me tonight also as i was looking at cutting mats. the prices changed right as i was looking at the 2nd page. when i returned to the 1st page the prices had changed. hmmmm. not sure what's going on with their website. i think they are wanting us to buy in a hurry so that's why the prices keep changing. glad to know it wasnt just me. and i didnt have any spiked eggnog today.

the were probably editing prices for an after-christmas sale or something.
a simple phone call should solve the problem.
