    who'd have thunk it... however, not all machine feet are created equal. I will look at my Brother foot...

    Great idea to accumulate already sewn HST - and it doesn't actually have to be a perfect 1/2" either - close counts when it is sewn this way. A little on the skimpy side works fine when you don't have to move those little triangles through the needle path all by themselves.
