Kevin called again and I have my machine! Too late to start basting so will sew tonight and glue baste after breakfast tomorrow. Forgot how quiet this machine is. All is SO much better in my sewing/quilting life.

I have 9 tops I made in 2020 and a bunch of UFO's from years before. I plan on working on them this winter. Many will be done on my domestic machine as my mid arm is down for the count right now. Mostly I will do SITD just because it is easier to manage on my DSM. I finished a small table topper this morning that I plan on doing tomorrow.

I understand about your local Project Linus only wanting completed quilts. Both my local quilt guild and the Quilts for Kids chapter I used to belong to have a plethora of quilt tops needing quilting. The quilt guild has them sandwiched and pinned even, but the QFK group seldom did. I have a Sweet16, and I did one quilt every week or two for the guild until my Christmas sewing and snowbird trip got in the way. I will probably start up again in the late spring.
