    Yes I have purchased this for fidget blankets. I will try to look up to see where I purchased. Cereal bags will also work but the crinkle stuff is better.

    i made some noisy toys and used inner bags from cold cereal. got the idea here a long time ago. safe for cereal safe for baby

    Not a clue where to buy that. But, as an alternative, Use an empty food (crackly) plastic bag inside a small, pot holder size quilt. I made one for my grandson; he liked it, but their cat enjoyed it more!

    Ask the Mom first. She may not like the idea of the plastic.

    I think what you're looking for is mylar. It's used as gift wrap and food product bags.
