I like BlocLoc. Expensive, but worth it.

Depends on the angle of the triangle. For 45 degree triangles I just use a square ruler and utilize the 45 degree markings or I cut squares then cut them on the diagonal lining my ruler up with the corners of the square. But for angles like 60 degree (commonly used in spiderweb and OBW) I got the creative grids ruler.

Before I got my Accuquilt, I really like the EZ Quilting Easy Angle ruler for cutting half-square triangles from strips. Here is a link to a video demo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eSwJJVqGoms

quilt n a day-Eleanor burns- has good rulers of all kinds.....easy to use, not difficult to see thru- meaning not lots of distracting lines and reasonably prices....

I like creative grids. Easy to read, rough, frosted 1/4" around edge to grip fabric. For a triangle cut, I use an accuquilt die.

I find them expensive and a waste of money (but that's just me- I'd rather spend my $ on fabric). I use a normal quilting ruler - they have the angles marked right on the ruler. The only speciality rulers I have bought are for hexagons and circles.
