Reminds me of years ago what my shelves used to look like. I found that when I fold all fabric the same size (I dont use the boards) and stack it up tightly (haha) in even rows, I can always fit in more fabric. I don't keep anything except fabric with fabric, the other stuff tends to take up space that could be reserved for more fabric. Looks more organized, and I know what I have and don't have, and buy around that. Just sayin'...lol

Totally relate!!! Even to the point of wedging things in the spaces against the wall. And yes, furniture stacked on furniture. I had thought about those vacuum bags, but think that would only be good for long term storage. I think as often as I plunder through the fabrics the bag idea would be impractical.
