Love it!
As for the machine: You'll be so happy you went with the upgraded model; you won't be wishing you had the extras in just a few months.
The name: THE most clever naming of a machine I've ever heard. Love it, love it. Although it might freak me out a little if my father said that...

so it seems I need to explain the name....let's see...the old machine had a 6" throat, new machine has a much deeper throat at 11"....so my father (yes, my FATHER) thought I should name the machine after Linda Lovelace. If you need further details, please google it as I really don't think I can explain any further.....

(Laughing hysterically) as I'm wondering what possessed your dad to say "Linda." I don't think my dad ever even heard of Linda or her movie, but is really funny. You will love your Janome. I love my vintage Singers, but when I want embroidery or fancy stitches, I head toward mine. Love, love, love it!
