Default Olfa splash rotary cutter clicking?

I just got mine and love how it cuts but there is a click when it cuts. It feels like a ding in the blade or something but I don't think there is. Has anyone had this happen to them with theirs?

I have one and haven't noticed that. I think I would take it back, if the store where you bought it doesn't want to take it back contact Olfa.

I got it from connecting threads so I'd have to ship it back. I'll just deal with it I guess

I've had a rotary cutter click when it wasn't assembled correctly. Can you double-check the way it is put together?

Mine did that. I took it apart and put it back together. Still did it. Ran it at a very low angle on an old sweater and it caught. Had a nick in the blade. Took photo of the receipt same day I got it. The store gave me a complete replacement. No problems after that.

If there's a click there is probably an irregularity in the blade. E mail Connecting Threads and let them know. Don't just be stuck with it.
