I am a bit nervous of that, but there is a lady who will share the 'burden' due to my husbands ill health I can't make 100% commitment, so need the support of everyone, they all seemed really keen and willing to be active in the set up and running so let's see how it goes yippee!!!

That is one of my most enjoyable days, is the day our quilt guild meets. You are going to love being a part of something you like so good.

Congratulations! The other ladies may see how much fun patchwork is and they may want to learn how too. And also remember if you buy locally you are not paying for shipping and handling. Have fun.

I don't belong to an official quild, but me and a bunch of the local ladies meet at the church (where a few of them are members)on Tuesday nights and every now and then have a full-day Saturday with a potluck. Then, we head home in time to start dinner! My DH is so good to me that he usually has dinner planned and made (or started) before I get home.
