Did you turn it upside down and shake it? I am feeling sick for you too. I would hate to lose my favorite machine.

sorry to hear your problem all due to a stupid pin. I had a problem from a broken needle that made my FMQ get terrible loops it was a slight burr in the Chook 120 part. I now try and be more careful and when I break a needle look for the whole thing. Pinss and needles can cause us grief. Good Luck to you and you have reminded us all to be careful.

So sorry to hear about your machine. It was definitely an accident so stop beating yourself up and look forward to having her back in good repair. I was so frustrated with problems with my machine recently that when I took her in I had the people at the shop go over loading the bobbin and inserting the case with me because I became convinced that I must be doing something wrong. It turns out that a position arm had to be replaced and they did not charge me a thing because it was a repeat service. Mine seems to be fine now that I have her back and I am guessing that yours will be fine, too. Sometimes one day at a time is all I can handle. Stay calm. It will all work out. Hugs!

Wow, as many pins as we all have hit, and you got the bad scenario. What a fluke. Hope your friend is up and running very soon!

Waiting is the worse Hope the damage isn't too much and you get your machine back quickly.
It's nice you have a back up!
