Congratulations! I'm excited to see what I find when I go through all the boxes my parents left with me when I moved into my own house last spring.

funny you mention this topic. My husband went into the garage attic and brought down some boxes left there 27 years ago after our move to this house. Well, there was my sewing machine cover made by a friend, my green singer box of feet...those really looked old. I was unaware that they were on the missing list!

Well you need to pet your newly lost but found fabric. Have fun quilting with it!

I definitely know how happy you must feel. We recently downsized from a three-bedroom home to a two-bedroom apartment (talk about having to purge and condense fabric). It was especially hard since I got all my sister's fabric when she died a few months before, so it was emotional on two counts. Now that I'm finally getting somewhat organized, I go to look for a fabric I knew I had and then remember that I got rid of it. Fortunately, my girl friend took several totes off my hands, so I think I can talk her into giving me some of it back. Guard that fabric and then enjoy what you can do with it. MargeD

Yay! Always fun to find fabrics and things we forgot about! I also recognize some of those in the stack! :)
